Here we are again at the beginning of a brand new year, and I am welcoming it with open arms!
2017 marked the fifth year of working in my current career of dentistry. My plan had always been to become well established in the dental community, yet I spent most of 2017 feeling lost in the daily work grind. I was stuck in a current that was taking me away.
While trying to sift through those feelings, I tried to focus in on my health. I experimented with supplements, whole foods, learned how to cook, started to take nightly walks, stopped taking birth control, and more. Learning how to support my body and mind is where I found happiness and balance.
In 2018 I want to heal my body and mind to create more happiness and balance on a journey that will snowball into something I could have never imagined —and I want to share this journey with you, right here.
