Jun 18 Book Giveaway: The Keto Diet: The Complete Guide to a High-Fat Diet
As a part of this wonderful healing journey, I have decided to revisit a Ketogenic eating style! I want to focus on healing my gut, balance my hormones, increase energy and get rid of some annoying brain fog!
During my first experience with Keto, I developed keto rash which caused me to switch to a higher carb paleo eating style. I was disappointed because other than keto rash, I felt pretty good. Although a paleo eating style is certainly delicious, I found that I was struggling with a few things. I was hungry often, had stomach reactions to certain vegetables, and had brain fog regularly.
I am a big advocate of taking eating styles and customizing them to fit you. So that’s what I plan to do this time around with Keto. I am going to find my keto.
