Good Sweets from Good Dee’s

Boy do I have a sweet treat for you today! I’m going to share with you something that has helped me stay on track when I needed a little sweet pick me up and fruit just wasn’t cutting it. It’s super convenient and I’ve got an awesome discount for you if you’re interested in giving it a try.

Good Dee’s Story

Good Dee’s is a company founded by a mom named Deanna who struggled with her weight many times in the past. She often used a low calorie and gym workout regimen to lose weight, but the weight never stayed off for long. After having her second son she set out to not only lose the baby weight but to build a healthier relationship with food.

She found this new healthy relationship through a low carb/high fat lifestyle and through her journey she realized that there is still room for yummy & healthy treats.

Deanna created easy to use mixes to help others make healthy lifestyle changes without feeling limited and deprived along their journey.

Sweet Chocolate Chip Cookies

What makes these mixes different?

Most of Good Dee’s Mixes are:

  • Sugar Free
  • Grain Free
  • Gluten Free
  • Soy Free
  • Maltitol Free
  • Dairy Free: Have the option to make any mix dairy free by using coconut oil instead of butter

(Tip: I use this Buttery Flavored Coconut Oil to cut down on the coconut flavor.)

All mixes are paleo & keto friendly, and have around 1-2 g of net carbs for those of you who track macros for Keto.

All of Good Dee’s mixes are made with low carb flour alternatives: sunflower seed flour and almond flour. Most of her mixes are made with sunflower seeds which is great for those with nut allergies!

They are made sugar free by using natural alternative sweeteners erythritol and stevia extract.

How easy is it?

Most of these mixes just need you to add an egg or two, butter or coconut oil, some vanilla extract, bake, & boom. Deliciousness.

What type of mixes are available?

  • Brownies & Blondies
  • Cookies
  • Snack Cake
  • Pancakes
  • Muffins

My favorite: Brownies

Sweet Pancakes and Strawberries
