For a long time, I focused on what quick fixes I could find and use to improve my health, searching far and wide for the elusive “miracle cure”.
I wanted clear skin. I wanted my headaches, stomach aches, and bloating to disappear. I wanted to get up in the morning and have the energy and drive to accomplish my goals—but no quick fix could give me this.
I had lost touch with my own physical and mental health. This realization set me on my journey to heal from the inside by nourishing the body, calming the mind, and nurturing the soul.
Thus Wild Healing was born: a place to learn, heal, inspire, and empower on the road to becoming my best self.
I live in sunny Southern California and spend way too much time at a place most people dread, the dentist office. I am a Registered Dental Assistant and have been working in the dental field for almost 6 years.
I’ve discovered a newfound passion for nutrition and I’m going all in. This blog is only the beginning and I plan to provide you with professional guidance in the future.
When I’m not working, you can definitely catch me involved in some kind of geeky activity: I love watching anime and TV shows like The Flash, playing games such as Overwatch and World of Warcraft (Blizzard ftw!), and going to the occasional convention or concert.
Although I am a modern woman who loves this age of technology, when it comes to healing the body and mind, I believe that we should lean heavily on nature’s gifts—using real food and natural techniques to bring about wild healing.
